Each Lupli saree is handmade to order by our skilled artisans in Nepal. This means every piece is uniquely yours.
As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

- A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE
We will review your case and arrange a replacement of refund if approved. Please note:
- We can't accept returns for colour variation caused by screen display differences
- We can't accept returns for custom orders or change of mind
